Steps
- Open SAHL+ while signed in.
- Go to More, then tap your account card to open My Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Read what will be deleted, then confirm twice.
What is deleted
- Your account, its sign-in methods, and its sessions on all your devices.
- All your records: transactions and wallets, tasks, habits and notes, medicines and appointments, and the rest.
- Attached photos and files.
- The measurement log linked to your account.
- The local copy on the device you deleted from.
What remains, and for how long
- Backups
- Kept for at most 14 days, after which your data is gone from them. They are used only to restore the service after a failure.
- Security log
- An entry that an account was deleted, with its time and IP address, with no link to you.
If you cannot open the app
Install the app, sign in with the same number, then delete the account. If that is not possible, contact us using the method at the bottom of this page so we can verify that you own the account and delete it.
